The roaming business is influenced by many factors such as Industry Standards, ever-changing procedures developed by the GSM Association and new technologies and services.
The Roaming Management Course provides you with a clear understanding of the major components of roaming – from the GSM Association to the financial principles of roaming and from the key technologies to the steps involved in establishing roaming with roaming partners.
The course consists of presentations and interactive workshops.
This 2-day course provides the knowledge all people working in the Roaming Industry should be aware of. From the GSM network architecture, IREG/TADIG Testing, Roaming Fraud and the Roaming Finance Rules, to the latest information and the ‘hot topics’ like RAEX and Roaming Hubs.
On the second day, the day will end with an inter-active session regarding to the latest industry information. This 2-day course is meant for people who are new in the Industry but also for Roaming Managers who want to refresh their knowledge.
