Many clients have specific requirements which we fulfil with customised courses which can, by arrangement, take place at MACH premises, at the client’s premises or at a suitable third party location.
A number of course options can be adapted from our existing material, for example, 1 or 2 day courses on TAP3 or ‘The Basics of Roaming’, 1 or 2 day courses on 'Finance' or 'New Services' or a 1 day course on 'GPRS IREG and TADIG Testing'. All these courses can be adapted to address specific problems and issues.
Alternatively, we can develop ‘hands on’ sessions devoted to a specific training objective such as ‘Implementing TAP3’ or ‘Learning to perform IREG and TADIG Testing’ or, if there is a problem to be addressed, remedial courses such as ‘Correcting TAP Files’ can be arranged.
Often, the requirement for training arises as a result of new GSMA initiatives and, as active members of the GSM Association, we are always in a very good position to support this type of training requirement.
