MACH Portal
Fast accurate information is vital to the effective management of the inter-operator business and client access to all MACH operational intelligence is via the MACH Portal.

Each client has a convenient and easy-to-use online interface which gives fast access to actionable information – from standard reporting to data warehousing – with direct, 24x7, password-protected access.

The MACH portal enables clients to manage their roaming business proactively, addressing a full range of information from operational reporting to consolidated management summaries – all on a real-time basis.

Service Ticket
Available to MACH clients only, the Service Ticket System is our main Client Support interface and contains a password-protected library of each client’s Service Tickets.

The Service Ticket System provides online solutions to client questions and problems in an efficient and structured way, which maximises knowledge and awareness in all relevant parts of the client organisation. The system is based on logic and fairness and is designed to ensure not only that the person raising the Service Ticket receives the requested support but that all colleagues with access to the system are informed as well.

Each Service Ticket is numbered and can be tracked at every stage of its progress through the system. A complete password-protected library of each client’s Service Tickets is available at all times and many routine queries can be resolved through reference to this library of practical, client-orientated information.

We have found the Service Ticket to be an efficient and reliable means of providing our clients with 24x7 access to problem-solving, with effective internal communication an important additional benefit.
