RAEX (Roaming Agreement Exchange) is the GSMA Open Connectivity solution for the electronic exchange of roaming documentation. It becomes a standard operating procedure for all GSMA operators from 1st July 2008.
In order to become compliant you need to:
• Update your Roaming Agreements to the latest version.
• Invest in or develop a system that can create XML files according to the standards defined by the GSMA.
• Invest in or develop a system that can capture the XML files that you download from your roaming partners.
