MACH Fraud Management System - FAME provides the means to detect potential telecoms fraud efficiently and fast, by using advanced and patented signaling analysis technology in combination with high speed processing of event data records. It supports various types of filter mechanisms for effective analysis and recognition of potentially fraudulent network usage. Focussing on the detection of subscription fraud, base methods for clone detection (mobile networks) have been implemented and integrated into a very user friendly graphical interface, which can be used to visualize a variety of information types. The design of the user interface has been optimized to support all business processes for fraud detection from a customer care and fraud investigation point of view, and to reduce the most important "time to detect" delay of a fraudulent subscriber as much as possible.
