In addition to hosting services, we provide application specific analysis and usage support based on specific customer requirements.
Fraud Management: MACH can propose, establish and maintain any required fraud detection rules. MACH can also constantly monitor the fraud situation in the network and provide proposals for improvement.
We recommend this service for very specific fraud scenarios requiring non-trivial detection algorithms.
In the hosted environment your Fraud Analysts continue to access the MEGS system, via a protected connection and can work on fraud cases without any service disruption.
Revenue Assurance: Using CASHBACK, MACH provides data verification services based on input streams (CDRs, Customer data). Results are made available via the CASHBACK Web Portal and can be accessed via a secure connection.

Our service team can set-up new parsers and data decoders in short time frames, so that audits can be provided via the hosted platform.
Data Retention: MACH can store and secure all data received from our customers. Data import, storage, queries and export are provided via a web interface.
We are able to support very large data volumes. Data storage is securely protected, using fully redundant systems. We are very careful to ensure specific security and data privacy, based on regulatory and customer specific requirements.
