MACH is looking for an experienced and professional Information Security Manager based in our Denmark office in Birkerød.

Job description

The role will focus upon information security in both Internal IT and Production Platform Operations. This corporate position will report to the VP, Operations & IT. The Security Expert will be accountable for ongoing activities that serve to provide appropriate access to and protect the confidentiality and integrity of customers, employee, and business information in compliance with MACH´s policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Doing hands on security analysis to monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures
  • Pro-actively suggest and facilitate improvements of control systems
  • Perform and interpret security risk/vulnerability assessments
  • Conduct periodic security audits including visits to our primary locations
  • Maintain disaster recovery plans and lead regular disaster exercises
  • Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to create information security awareness
  • Maintain and update security policies and procedures
Required Skills and Background
  • You are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience with network, servers, data and application security in a multiple operating system environments and preferably in an international organization with multiple offices and data centers.
  • You are expected to have several year of experience as security expert
  • Practical experience with the following areas is needed to support the hands on activities:
    - Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows Servers
    - IP networking, networking protocols and understanding of security related technologies including encryption, IPsec, PKI, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, LDAP, electronic mail and access-lists
    - Internet, web, application and network security techniques
    - Firewall, network scanning and intrusion detection products and authentication technologies
    - Microsoft Products; i.e. Exchange, SQL server, etc
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve information system security issues
  • Experience with implementing security related standards such as ITIL, ISO and SAS 70
  • You preferably have one or more security certifications (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) , CCNA, etc) and/or security clearance
  • Able to communicate at all levels in the company
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
