Finance Sales Administrator

MACH is the largest provider of data and financial clearing solutions for wireless roaming and operates the world’s largest open connectivity roaming hub, Link2One. More than 60% of all NRTRDE files are processed and verified in MACH’s NRTRDE hub.

Headquartered in Luxembourg, MACH has offices in 12 countries and employs more than 1,000 people worldwide serving over 650 customers, including CSP’s like Orange, Vodafone, TDC, Cable & Wireless, Verizon, Microsoft and Nokia, as well as enterprise messaging customers like KLM.

As a part of the Finance department, you will work closely with the VP Finance and the wider MACH organisation. Based in Contern (LUX), you will report directly to the VP Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in establishment of finance sales administration function including its processes & procedures;
  • To seek approvals from relevant MACH departments for amendments to commercial terms which affect them when considering commercial agreements;
  • Case tracking to ensure all appropriate approvals secured before contract documentation prepared for customer signature, (Contract authorization process);
  • Ensuring documentation complete pre-implementation;
  • Authorising customer service implementations;
  • Authorising customer billing implementations;
  • Reporting on FSA activities.
Key Competencies
  • Contract review experience;
  • Business acumen to identify potential upsides and downsides in commercial agreements;
  • Process design and implementation;
  • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines.
Required Skills and Background
  • Fluent in English, any other European language being a plus;
  • Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position;
  • Exposure to one or more of finance, sales, contract administration, customer care;
  • Process oriented
  • Self-starter, able to work on own initiative;
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Able to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines;
  • Ideally someone coming from an international corporation;
  • Immediately available for a permanent, full time position.

A valid work permit for Luxembourg is required.
