Morten Brøgger – Chief Executive Officer
Morten Brøgger was appointed Chief Executive Officer, MACH on 1st April 2011.
Prior to this, he was Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for the company’s global account management and marketing operations, including product marketing and marketing communications. Morten originally joined the organisation as Chief Operating Officer in November 2006 with global responsibility for client support, product management, marketing and pre-sales.
Prior to joining MACH, Morten held the position of Chief Operating Officer of the fixed net division at Sunrise in Switzerland. In this role, he was responsible for all sales, marketing and product management activities for the Fixnet division, as well as for Sunrise’ entire enterprise sales organisation. Before this, he was Senior Vice President at TDC Business responsible for all product management and marketing activities. Previously, he held the position of VP, Sales at the Scandinavian system integrator Merkantildata.
Guy Sochovsky – Chief Financial Officer
Guy Sochovsky was appointed Chief Financial Officer of MACH in November 2010.
He previously held the position of Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development upon joining MACH in March 2010.
Prior to joining MACH, Guy was an Investment Principal with Warburg Pincus in London, where he held responsibility for investment execution and portfolio management within the Telecommunications, Media and Technology area. As part of this activity, Guy has been involved with MACH since Warburg Pincus’s acquisition of the company in 2005, and has been an active member of the Company Board of Directors. Before joining Warburg Pincus, Guy was an analyst in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs.
Guy has a BA in Modern History from Oxford University.
Tom Heeremans – Chief Commercial Officer
With more than 10 years experience working in telecommunications sales, Tom Heeremans was promoted to the role of Chief Commercial Officer, MACH, in October 2012. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of MACH’s global sales and account management and has full profit & loss responsibility. Based in Dubai, he manages a team of Sales Directors as well as the company MEA (Middle East and Africa) office.
Tom re-joined MACH in 2005 as General Manager, Africa and was quickly promoted to General Manager, Middle East and Africa, where he took responsibility for the company’s sales in that region across the whole portfolio of solutions. In 2010, he was promoted to the position of Regional Vice President, Sales, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Prior to re-joining MACH, Tom was Director of Sales at Roamware, responsible for the company’s sales in the Middle East and Africa. Tom began his career in telecommunications sales with MACH in 2001 as a Sales and Account Manager, and then Senior Sales Manager. In these roles, he significantly increased MACH’s client base in Africa and the Middle East.
Tom holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics from the University of Leuven, Belgium. During his career he has participated in the MACH Executive Leadership Programme and also in the renowned London Business School’s Accelerated Development Programme.
Lokdeep Singh – Chief Technology Officer
Lokdeep Singh was appointed Chief Technology Officer, MACH in January 2012. In this role he is responsible for the company’s strategic technology planning process, the incubation of new product and services through the MACH Innovation Program and for building cross-product / cross-market technical capabilities.
Prior to joining MACH, Lokdeep was Vice President, Engineering at WorldCell, where he was responsible for the company’s engineering group and also held profit and loss responsibility for WorldCell’s ISR business. Lokdeep has more than 16 years experience in the wireless communications industry holding various senior software design and engineering management roles for several Blue Chip companies, including Lucent Technologies, Cisco, Qualcomm and Alcatel.
Lokdeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology, India.
Artur Michalczyk – Chief Development Officer
Artur Michalczyk was appointed Chief Development Officer, MACH, in January 2012. In this role, he is responsible for the architecture, development and project management functions as they relate to the building and servicing of MACH products, services and platforms.
Before this, he held the roles of Chief Product Officer, responsible for the company’s overall product management strategy and offering, and Chief Operating Officer, Data Clearing, with global responsibility for the Client Support and Product Management functions of MACH's Data Clearing business.
Prior to joining MACH, Artur worked for 8 years at the EDS Clearing House where he held responsibility for Product Management and Development.
Artur has a M.Sc. in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology. He has also completed an Executive Management programme at INSEAD.
Rasmus Holst – Senior Vice President, Market Offering
Rasmus Holst was appointed Senior Vice President, Market Offering, MACH in February 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s overall product strategy, including product management and product marketing, to ensure a best-in-class, cloud-based managed services portfolio is taken to market.
Rasmus has held a variety of senior management positions at MACH, in Product Management, Sales and General Management. Prior to joining MACH, he spent more than a decade in the telecoms industry, most recently as Business Development Director for Oracle’s Service Delivery Platform in EMEA.
Rasmus holds a Masters of Engineering from Copenhagen IHK.
Frank Stöcker – General Manager, Mobile Messaging
Frank Stöcker is General Manager, Mobile Messaging, MACH. In this role, he is responsible for driving global growth and expansion of the company’s highly successful P2P international messaging business and its market leading A2P messaging business. He has 16 years experience in the mobile communications industry.
Frank joined MACH through the acquisition and integration of End2End’s Connectivity business unit by MACH in January 2009. He was previously General Manager of End2End Connectivity from 2006. Frank played a key role during the merger and acquisition activities of End2End by MACH in 2006 and previously, of Migway by End2End in 2004.
During his career, Frank has held numerous senior management positions in Brodos AG, Germany’s third largest mobile distribution company, and was responsible for founding its messaging department, which was subsequently sold to End2End.
Frank completed business studies at IMD University, Lausanne, Switzerland.
Lena Wittbjer – Chief Human Resources Officer
Lena Wittbjer was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2011.
Prior to joining MACH for a second tenure in April 2010 to establish the CEO Office and take global responsibility for Quality & Security, Internal Audit, Management Processes, Corporate Projects and Internal Communications, Lena was Senior Advisor Telecommunications to the Ministry of Media and Communication Services in Luxembourg. Lena has held several senior management positions, including General Manager Europe for Cybird (Japan), CEO of Aspiro AB (publicly listed, Sweden) and non-executive Board Member at Ticket Travel Group AB (publicly listed, Sweden). During Lena’s first tenure in MACH, from 1994 to 1999, she held various positions, including Director Sales & Marketing, Director Strategic Business Development & Communications and non-executive Board Member at MACH India, that she assisted in establishing.
In 2001, Lena received the first prestigious “GSM Roll of Honours Award” from the GSM Association, having been selected as one of 100 people in the world that contributed the most to the global success of GSM.
In December 2010, Lena was given the additional global responsibility of Human Resources, and was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2011.
Lena has an International Bachelor of Science, French option, from the Gothenburg School of Economics (Sweden).
