Positive feedback from the Regional Training Seminar in Africa |

Organised at the Novotel in Accra, Ghana, the Training Seminar was, once again, a real success as we gathered attendees from over 10 African GSM operators. The participants, from Roaming Coordinators to Billing Managers and Financial Accountants, came from various parts of their organisations and everyone shared their different experiences.
The agenda of the five days was as follows:

- Roaming Principles
- MACH Examines…The Latest Hot Topics in Roaming
- MACH Examines…IOT Discount Negotiation
- MACH Examines…Roaming Fraud
The first day of the Training Seminar was conducted by Ms Sukhi Bhambra. Both Enlish and French speaking clients participated in this training as the training was held in English. The day gave an overview of all different functionalities and reports generated by the One1Clear Platform.
The rest of the Training Seminar was conducted in 2 parallel streams, one in English by Ms Milja Hofman and one in French by Mr Yilmaz Tunc. The ‘MACH Examines…’ Courses were new in the African region and were well perceived. The overall content and more specific the inter-activity of the days was considered very valuable and educational.
A dinner event at the restaurant, Le Magellan, was held on the Tuesday evening.
Patrice de Wergifosse, Sales and Account Manager for Africa, joined the group during the coffee and lunch breaks throughout the seminar as well as for the evening dinner.
Feedback from the attendees on the five day course was excellent. Participants most appreciated the quality of the course but also enjoyed the atmosphere and the networking opportunities throughout the Seminar.
We look forward to returning to Africa for next year’s Regional Training Seminar!
