Re-pricing and IOT Check – a secure combination!

Re-pricing is required if subscribers are to have transparent roaming tariffs. If approached correctly, by offering simple tariffs, operators will experience increased usage and consequently higher revenue.
What are the risks?
Operators risk their profits if they implement re-pricing and do not carry out IOT checks. The reason is simple – with a re-pricing solution you offer tariffs that are independent of your IOTs. You simply change the tariffs before billing your subscribers.
Our experience shows that up to 20% of an operator’s files can contain erroneous charges, so it is important to ensure that the charges correspond to the IOTs. There is no guarantee how many records are over- or under-charged.
