Efficient updates of IOTs through the Roaming Management System

The Roaming Management System (RMS) gives access to a centralized virtual workplace which supports the complete roaming management workflow. It is a web application and interface that the whole organisation can access and use for roaming information. This provides a single accurate source of information and thereby optimises workflow.

The RMS provides many benefits, here we highlight those related to IOTs:
- A single point-of-access which helps to reduce the resources spent on IOTs
- Convenient and time-saving messaging users can be set-up to receive information when an IOT has been updated

Additional Features
MACHs RMS contains many features which enhance daily work on inter-operator issues. In brief, the RMS consists of 4 modules:
- Partner Manager provides information about operators and access to roaming information
- Document Manager facilitates the administration of all roaming-related documents and agreements. Here you have access to AA14, IR21 documents, and all the versions of them.
- Test Card Manager supports your management of test cards. You can monitor test cards sent to partners to help prevent test card fraud and keep track of those received from your roaming partners.
- Contact Manager where you find the relevant details of all contact people. You can maintain an easily accessible global address book of contact details for operators worldwide.
