Martin Lippert - Chief Executive Officer
Martin Lippert has overall responsibility for the strategic direction
and management of MACH. He was appointed CEO on 1 June 2006, having
been the CEO of End2End, an independently operating brand within MACH.
Previously, Martin held numerous senior executive positions during ten
years at TDC, the leading provider of telecommunications solutions in
Denmark and the second largest in Switzerland. Martin has an MBA and PhD in Economics from Aarhus University in Denmark. He has served as the Chairman for a number of companies, including Netdesign A/S, TDC Internordia A/S, and DotCom AB.
Morten Broegger - Chief Commercial Officer

Morten Broegger was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for Global Account Management in June 2008. Morten originally joined the organisation as Chief Operating Officer in November 2006 with global responsibility for Client Support, Product Management, Marketing and Presales.
Prior to joining MACH, Morten was at Sunrise in Switzerland as the Chief Operating Officer of the fixed net division. Prior to this, he was the head of the Market division at TDC Business and held the position of VP, Sales at the Scandinavian system integrator Merkantildata.
Morten has an MSE in International Marketing Management from the Aarhus Business School. He also completed a four month MBA program at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Artur Michalczyk - Chief Operating Officer, Data Clearing

Artur Michalczyk was appointed COO in June 2008. He has global responsibility for the Client Support and Product Management functions of MACH's Data Clearing business. Artur joined MACH in 2002 as CTO.
Prior to joining MACH, Artur worked for 8 years at the EDS Clearing House where he held responsibility for Product Management and Development. Artur has also been involved in various GSMA working groups where he was Chairman of the File Specification Subgroup for 5 years and a PRD editor.
Artur has a M.Sc. in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology. He has also completed an Executive Management programme at INSEAD.
Enver Schrömbgens - Chief HR Officer & General Counsel

Enver Schrömbgens was appointed Chief HR Officer and General Counsel in April 2008. Enver has global responsibility for HR and, as the General Counsel, is also responsible for all legal matters related to the organisation. Enver joined MACH in late 1999 to lead the Legal Department. From 2003 to 2004 he also acted as Head of HR.
Before joining MACH, Enver worked for the holding company of a Germany-based Financial Services provider with strong subsidiaries in Central Europe. Enver has a Masters degree in Law and also holds his Bar Examination. Enver is enrolled at the German Bar Association.
Bruno Pagliuca - Chief Operating Officer, Financial Clearing

Bruno Pagliuca is Chief Operating Officer for MACH's Financial Clearing business. Bruno rejoined MACH in April 2004 after spending two years as Global Head of Sales in the IT company, Xpectis, specialising in customised high-volume data processing solutions. Prior to that, he established a worldwide Sales and Marketing organisation for Aspiro International, a mobile content company.
Bruno previously spent four years with MACH as Director of Client Relations and managing the Singapore and Indian offices. As a specialist in the Financial and Telecommunications sectors, Bruno achieved his extensive commercial banking experience during eight years with Citibank in various specialist and management functions in Belgium and in the UK.
Lodewijk Cornelis - Chief Marketing Officer

Lodewijk Cornelis has extensive experience of the roaming industry. He started in MACH in 1995 as Sales Manager and progressed to the positions of Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Strategy in 2005, before taking a 1 year sabbatical travelling in Africa. Following this, Lodewijk set-up his own company in the Wi-Fi roaming arena and also undertook humanitarian work for 1 year in South America and South East Asia.
Lodewijk was Head of Sales & Marketing for Cibernet from January 2006 until the recent merger with MACH. He has a Law Degree and Masters in Maritime Science and is also fluent in 4 languages.
Jean Mandeville - Chief Financial Officer

Jean Mandeville joined MACH in October 2008 and is responsible for its corporate finance portfolio. He brings a wealth of international experience spanning more than 15 years within finance and telecommunications.
He joins MACH from his previous position as Executive Vice President and CFO at Global Crossing Limited, held since February 2005. He has a successful track record of managing high-profile investments, mergers and acquisitions with renowned companies. Previous roles include CFO of Singapore Technologies Telemedia (ST Telemedia) and Head of Business Planning at British Telecom (BT) Europe.
Jean has a license in Applied Economics and a special degree in Sea Law from the University Saint-Ignatius Antwerp. He also attended the Stanford Senior Executive Program in 1996 and is an associate fellow of the Centre of Management Sciences of the University Saint-Ignatius Antwerp.
