Brief Biography
Fabio is based in MACH’s Brazil office and is Sales & Account Manager for the Latin American region. He is highly experienced in the roaming industry and prior to joining MACH, created and developed GSM roaming departments for Claro and Oi in Brazil, and the Customer Care Process department for Vésper, Brazil. Fabio also provided national and international support for the Software Quality Assurance division at Xerox.
Fabio is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
