MACH is the world leader in the provisioning of clearing and settlement services to the mobile industry. We ensure the clearing and billing of every 2nd roaming call anywhere in the world. In 2007 we developed ourselves according the industry development (GSMA OC Open Connectivity Project) and also to provide essential Network Services such as MMS and SMS Interworking.
Currently we have an opening in Wόrtzburg, Germany for a Web Application Developer for our SMS Hubbing solution. You will be part of our Software Development Team.
Job description:
Development of the MACH SMS extranet.
Development of our web-based front-end for system management & configuration tasks.
Statistics and reporting tools.
Development in Perl with the Catalyst-Framework and ExJS (AJAX).
Your experience:
Education as programmer/coder or Bachelor in Computer Science.
Experience in Software Development for web applications with Perl (+CPAN).
Object-oriented development of database applications.
Version control systems such as CVS or SVN.
ORM-Frameworks (ideally DBIx).
MVC Architecture.
Development Environment under Linux (Eclipse, build tools, scripting).
Your profile:
Excellent programming skills.
You life in the world of Perl and building Web 2.X services is your desire.
Written and verbal fluency in English is essential (plus German is appreciated).
