Key Responsibilities:
- 2nd level support for our services (data processing, rating, billing).
- Analysing client requests and finding solutions.
- Being part of client projects.
- Updating and configuring services with given tools and SQL.
Your Profile:
- Knowledge of SQL is required.
- Fluent in English (any additional language is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Unix shell tools is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of the Mobile Roaming Industry, TAP or Billing Systems
are strong advantages.
- Team Player with a flexible approach and ability to prioritize your daily work.
- Client focused.
