MACH is looking for an International Roaming Manager to further develop its Client Training & Consulting Department.
With more than 10 years of experience within the GSM Clearing Business, MACH is a competent partner in providing several ranges of consultancy services related to many parts of the international roaming business. MACH Consult services are provided by people who have been working in various parts of the roaming environment on the operator side, for many years.
MACH Expert Consultants provide Mobile Operators with support for various activities such as:
- Roaming department formation.
- On-site/Off-Site IREG testing.
- Roaming implementation.
- Hands-on IREG/TADIG test training.
- GSM industry training and seminars around the world.
- Consulting in Roaming department organisation and optimization.
- Training and consulting on MACH products.
Job description:
Based in Luxembourg, you will work closely with worldwide mobile operators in English.
Your main responsibilities shall include:
- Prepare commercial proposals related to our MACH Roam service.
- Coordinate the Roaming Agreement negotiation activity supported by our MACH Roam team and be the escalation point.
- Participate in the extension of our MACH Roam service.
- Be responsible for the interface with our clients.
- Manage the Roaming department's outsourcing projects.
- Occasionally support our Training team on Customised Training and Seminars.
- Deliver consulting projects to our clients who seek to improve performance in their organisation (around our SPEC model: Secure / Profitable / Efficient / Compliant).
Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the Roaming industry.
- Good relationships with mobile operators from previous working contacts is strongly appreciated.
- Strong knowledge of the various GSM PRDs related to services such as GSM, GPRS, SMS-IW etc. (AA12, AA13, AA14, IR21, AA19, etc.).
- Being a GSM Association delegate / Work Group member is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential, and other language skills would be a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Team Management experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-organised personality.
- Willing to travel.
- Flexible, professional, detail-oriented and accurate; you can also work independently.
